1. Tourist (Whom the customer of ours are, target group)
2. Business (How do we run this business, esp. financially)
3. Schedule (At what time do we accomplish what thing)
4. Route (Where are we doing this tour guide)
5. Necessity (What do we need for this tourism business, esp. information and equipment)
Do you think this framework makes sense?
Or how should i alter these items?
