To summarize the conversation we had

1.To set out target group between the travel agency and independent travelers, we aim at the backpackers who may want customized traveling plans and a local accompany.

2.There are 3 things that we can sell:
a) the database||not for publishing but for our business reference
b) the customized consoler for a Czech trip||maybe the best specialty we can provide
c) a local guide/accompany||having a car would be good

3.a rough schedule:
by mid Apr., you have the database done;
by May, I do the translation of the information for our customers;
by mid June, Amraa and i should have the advertisements done and gathering the customers.

# There's one more thing occurs to me that we should not define ourselves IN THE MIDDLE of a travel agency and a all independent traveler. We are just other than these 2. We provide a flexible package for those who would not like or not able to spend time on web surfing and data-digging which they only have to choose from the options. And we also refine their routes and the details of the most visited spots and local restaurants.
